Day 1 – Bat Cave & Buddhist Cave Experience
Time: 3:30 – 4:00 PM departure
Begin the afternoon with a visit to a Buddhist cave temple, where you can learn about local traditions and spirituality.
At dusk, witness an unforgettable natural spectacle as millions of wrinkle-lipped bats fly out of the cave, creating a dramatic snake-like stream across the evening sky.
Enjoy a sweeping view over the Khao Yai National Park area in the golden light of sunset.
Return: approx. 7:15 PM.
Day 2 – Full Day Jungle Adventure
Time: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Depart by car into Khao Yai National Park.
Stop at a scenic viewpoint and the Visitor Center, where you can explore exhibits about the park’s biodiversity.
Embark on a jungle hike through dry evergreen forest. With some luck, spot wildlife such as:
Gibbons swinging through the treetops
Macaques & other monkeys
Great hornbills and other bird species
Orchids, butterflies, and unique forest plants
Lunch: A delicious Thai meal at a local restaurant.
Visit the famous Haew Suwat Waterfall, featured in the movie “The Beach”.
In the afternoon, drive up to the park’s second-highest mountain for a panoramic viewpoint — a perfect place to relax and take in the scenery.
As the day ends, go in search of wild elephants that may appear at salt licks.
Return: approx. 7:30 PM.
